About

Hi, I'm Aaron Blake.

Full-time wellness coach. Small-town roots. Found my way back to health, one breath at a time.

I grew up in Bend, Oregon, where mornings meant woods, fresh air, and quiet. Wellness wasn’t a word I used back then; it was just life.

But after college, I landed in the fast-moving world of tech, chasing deadlines, shipping products, and living screen-first. The irony wasn’t lost on me later. I spent my days building tools meant to make life easier, while quietly making my own harder. The busier my calendar got, the further I drifted from the simplicity I’d grown up with, until my body finally said enough. Burnout hit hard: chronic fatigue, constant tension, a mind that never switched off.

“I wasn’t sick, I was disconnected. And that distinction changed everything.”

That crisis sent me back to what I’d always known but stopped practicing, the fundamentals of taking care of yourself. Movement. Rest. Real food. Being outside. Breathing. I didn’t need a dramatic overhaul; I needed to return to the basics, with intention this time.

Recovery wasn’t linear, and it wasn’t quick. But it was real. I started with small, consistent habits, morning movement, cutting the late-night scrolling, and getting back outdoors. Over time, I dug deeper. That curiosity led me to get certified as a wellness coach and learn everything I could about the mind-body connection and sustainable habits. What I discovered is that wellness isn’t about discipline. It’s about listening to yourself.

What started as a side pursuit alongside a demanding career eventually became my full-time calling. Today, I work one-on-one with people who are tired, overwhelmed, and wondering if this is just how life feels. It doesn’t have to be.
